Stunning penthouse by the sea

No parties or events, No pets, No smoking, Not suitable for children, Not suitable for infants - A simple short-term lease agreement has to be signed before the check-in that the guest agree to the terms and conditions of staying at the property. - Max 8 persons can stay in the villa if using existing beds or baby cot. - No smoking inside the unit please. In case of violence the guest is agree to cover 20 000 thb expenses for the additional anti cigarette smell cleaning. Smoking outside on the balconies, patio is available. - Guest is responsable for cleaning/laundry during the stay. Cleaning service can be provided by request for affordable extra fee. - If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. - Due to guest allergies & furnishings, pets are not allowed at this property. - Shoes off in house. - Quiet hours from 10pm till 8am. - Return all keys. In case of loss there is fee 1500thb for each key set. - Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests (7 Baht per kwatt in cash before checkout). Water is free. - Charges 1000thb/hour are applicable for early check-in / late check-out depending on the availability. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the property. Every guest has to provide passport and visa during checkin. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
