⚡ Electricity The rental includes 30 kWh per day. Any additional usage is charged at 7 THB per kWh, based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. A refundable electricity deposit of 1,000 THB per day may be requested via Airbnb Resolution Center to cover potential excess usage. Any unused portion of this deposit will be fully refunded after check-out according to the actual meter readings. 🚭 Smoking No smoking is allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted only on balconies and the patio. Violation of the indoor smoking policy will result in a 20,000 THB deep-cleaning fee. 🚽 Toilets Please do not dispose of toilet paper, tissues, or any non-organic items in the toilet. Use the trash bins provided to prevent plumbing issues. This is very important. 👥 Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 9 persons. 🛠 Damage Please report any damage or breakages immediately so repairs or replacements can be arranged promptly. 🧹 Cleaning Guests are kindly asked to maintain general tidiness during their stay. Optional cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee. 🍽 Food Please do not leave food exposed, as it may attract insects or pests. 🐾 Pets No pets are allowed due to guest allergies and property policies. 👞 Shoes No shoes inside the house. 🔇 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🔑 Keys Please return all keys at check-out. Lost keys will be charged 1,500 THB per key set. ⏰ Check-in / Check-out Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and is charged at 1,000 THB per hour. 👤 Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Additional unregistered overnight guests may be charged 1,000 THB per person per night, in accordance with Airbnb policies and local regulations. 🏖 Towels Please do not use white towels at the beach.
